Publishing Date: 2005-11-01
Features: On August 31 and September 1, 2005, the Ministry of Justice held the National Judicial Appraisal Management Conference in Chengdu, marking the beginning of a new stage in China's judicial appraisal management. Following the conference, local authorities actively implemented the spirit of the meeting and successively organized judicial appraisal training programs. To meet the needs of these training efforts, we compiled this book as the "Judicial Appraisal Management Handbook (Volume 1)" for study, training, and exchange. The book consists of three parts: Part 1 includes speeches by Minister Wu Aiyi and Vice Minister Fan Fangping of the Ministry of Justice at the National Judicial Appraisal Management Conference; the second part features the newly promulgated "Regulations on the Registration of Judicial Appraisal Institutions," "Regulations on the Registration of Judicial Appraisal Practitioners," and their amendments; the third part contains exchange materials from various judicial departments (bureaus) at the National Judicial Appraisal Management Conference. In the future, as judicial appraisal management progresses, we will continue to compile the Judicial Appraisal Management Handbook based on the needs of local authorities. We hope the publication of this book will provide guidance and promote the development of judicial appraisal management across regions.
