Features: With the rapid development of China's national economy, the construction market has become increasingly important in the market economy. To strengthen the project management of construction projects, improve the quality of professional and technical personnel engaged in project general contracting and construction management, standardize construction management practices, and ensure engineering quality and construction safety, in accordance with the "Construction Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects," the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Construction Projects," and the relevant national professional qualification examination systems, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction jointly issued the "Provisional Regulations on the Construction Professional Qualification System," implementing the construction professional qualification system for professional and technical personnel engaged in project general contracting and construction management.
The content of the second-level construction professional qualification examination textbook is primarily a concise explanation of the knowledge points in the examination syllabus to help candidates understand the requirements of the syllabus. Therefore, the numbering of its chapters, sections, items, and clauses fully aligns with the examination syllabus. However, for candidates without a systematic professional background, grasping the relationship between the examination textbook and teaching materials, as well as how to compensate for gaps in foundational knowledge, is a challenge.
To address this characteristic of the examination textbook, we have organized the preparation of corresponding review materials. Based on years of professional teaching experience and training experience in "Cost Engineer" and "Supervision Engineer," we combine professional textbooks, examination textbooks, and examination review materials in a targeted manner. Through four parts—"Key Content," "Exam Point Analysis," "Practice Questions Collection," and "Answer Key"—we cover all knowledge points and highlight key areas. The goal is to achieve "one book to cover everything," enabling candidates to "review and prepare for the exam" in a shorter time.
