I remember when I was young, I first saw a praying mantis in the garden near my home. At that time, my mother, standing beside me, tried to wave the mantis away, but unexpectedly, the mantis suddenly lunged forward and bit my mother's hand, drawing blood instantly. I screamed in fear. From then on, I thought praying mantises were very scary insects. Unsurprisingly, as some terrifying movies often feature praying mantises, it seems I’m not the only one who fears them. Praying mantises never fear their opponents, even those much larger than themselves. There’s a reason why they excel in fights. In the insect world, every species has its unique survival strategy. For example: some insects work tirelessly all day, while others live carefree, never working at all. Now, let’s embark on the final stop of our insect journey with Mr. Fabre!
