Features: Peking University International and Comparative Law Review (hereinafter referred to as The Review) is an academic journal focusing on international law (including international economic law and private international law) and comparative law. It was founded by the Law School of Peking University and is independently organized and edited by graduate students. The Review is positioned as a high-level academic journal, adhering to the principles of academic autonomy, independence, and self-respect. Its content primarily consists of papers, translations, commentaries, and book reviews, along with sections for important documents, updates, Chinese practices, and teaching and learning in international and comparative law. The Review accepts submissions from both domestic and international authors. All received manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process, with academic excellence being the sole criterion for selection. The Review follows the standard citation style commonly used in academic journals.
