Features: Since the establishment of its unique therapeutic system in the Ming and Qing dynasties, pediatric massage has been widely practiced among the people. The Ming Dynasty pediatric expert Wan Quan had extensive experience with pediatric massage, and his writings frequently mention its use in treating pediatric conditions. Today, in the 21st century, medical technology has developed rapidly, especially after Western medicine was introduced to China, traditional pediatric massage has faced significant challenges. Although pediatric massage is no longer as popular, most pediatric diseases are primarily treated with medication, it still has unique therapeutic effects for certain conditions, such as infant diarrhea, poor appetite, malnutrition, pediatric torticollis, and cerebral palsy. Therefore, in most traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, pediatric massage still holds a place. My work, "Illustrated Pediatric Massage to Cure Hundred Ills," has been well-received by readers since the late 20th century and has received many constructive suggestions, for which I am deeply grateful. At the request of readers and the publisher, we have comprehensively revised the entire book, removing some less common pediatric tuina conditions, such as intestinal obstruction, measles, and chickenpox, and adding "pediatric muscular torticollis." At the end of the book, we have included some widely circulated pediatric tuina songs and rhymes that provide guidance for treatment.
