Features: This book is one of the outcomes of the National Education Science "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" key project led by Professor Che Wenbo, titled "Research on the Current Status and Educational Guidance Mechanism of Contemporary College Students' Social Psychological Resilience" (Approval No.: ABA010010). After reviewing theoretical and practical research findings on frustration issues from ancient and modern times at home and abroad, the author combines research on college students' experiences with frustration through surveys, case interviews, and other methods. Taking this as the starting point, the book sequentially proposes and addresses the following questions from both theoretical and empirical perspectives: What kinds of frustrations do college students face? What are their characteristics? Why do these frustrations occur? How do college students cope with these frustrations? How should they adjust their negative psychological states after experiencing setbacks? In summary, the book focuses on answering one key question: When a college student encounters a specific type of frustration, how should university educators and parents help them cope with it? And how should college students self-regulate?
