Features: In modern construction, safety production and civilized construction are a very important aspect. To make the safety management of construction sites more standardized and scientific, ensure safety production and civilized construction on site, and achieve the best economic benefits, improving the management level of safety data on construction sites is one of the important contents of construction project management. Construction site safety production management data is an important basis for guiding site management. It is not only an embodiment and certification record of safety and civilized construction on site and optimized management, but also the main content of self-inspection work by government management departments, industry supervision departments, and construction enterprises. To meet the urgent needs of construction enterprises and site technical personnel, safety management personnel to improve safety production and civilized construction, we have developed the "Compilation and Examples of Safety Management Data on Construction Sites" based on the actual situation of site management, in accordance with the "Construction Safety Inspection Standard for Construction" (JGJ59-99) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the "Construction Project Safety Management Data" promulgated by the Shanghai Construction Industry Supervision Department. This book aims to promote the standardization of safety production on construction sites, improve safety management levels, meet the rapid development of the current construction industry, and align with the leading international safety construction standards.
The "Compilation and Examples of Safety Management Data on Construction Sites" is filled and compiled according to the prescribed formats and forms of the four types of management data in the Construction Project Safety Management Data. It focuses on the safety management elements of construction sites, the key points of the construction organization design and special safety construction plan, on-site safety protection, machinery and equipment management, temporary power supply, on-site fire safety, identification, evaluation, monitoring of on-site hazards, and identification, evaluation, and monitoring of adverse environmental factors. It also provides countermeasures, management, measures, and plans for hazard control, emergency rescue for accidents, and safety technology instructions for site sub-projects and sub-items. The book covers the scope, content requirements, and chart formats of safety management data in various aspects, such as hazard control, management, measures, plans, accident emergency rescue, and site sub-projects and sub-item safety technology instructions. The content is comprehensive and systematic, fully the actual situation of construction sites, highly targeted, and highly practical for construction enterprises to improve safety production and civilized construction.
The samples provided in the "Compilation and Examples of Safety Management Data on Construction Sites" can be used by construction enterprises on site as references and examples for filling out safety management data. However, the specific implementation of many requirements should be adjusted in accordance with the requirements of the government, local industry supervision departments, and enterprise safety management departments.
