Features: MBA is a relatively mature training and education system that originated in the United States. Over the past decade, it has been rapidly introduced into China and has gained widespread popularity. EMBA, internationally recognized as a higher level of MBA, aims to cultivate senior management talents with a global strategic vision and the ability to participate in international economic and technological cooperation and competition. To meet market demands, domestic MBA programs, especially EMBA training, strive to align with international standards; they use original English textbooks and deliver some courses in English or bilingual formats, or hire foreign experts to teach core courses, or even collaborate with foreign universities for joint programs, or have foreign partners provide teaching staff and internship bases. However, can students' English proficiency adapt to this internationalized training? Our survey results show that only a small number of students can understand fully English-taught courses, making it difficult to achieve true fully English interactive teaching in the classroom. Listening to lectures through translation is not only time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient. To help (E)MBA students or candidates improve their comprehensive English application skills as quickly as possible, we have developed a set of uniquely designed textbooks and DIY practice CDs. The main features of this textbook series include: 1. Carefully selected materials, interactive learning with computers; 2. Easy to operate, combining speaking and writing; 3. Think more, study diligently, and practice extensively; 4. Independent learning, flexible time management. The designer of this software, Professor Huang Jun, is one of the earliest English teachers in China to use Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL). In 1989, he received the "National Higher Education Research and Teaching Excellence Award" and a special subsidy from the state. The textbook authors are all experienced senior teachers who are engaged in English teaching, have studied abroad in business, and possess advanced management experience. The recordings for the CD practice exercises were co-produced by Professor Huang and Associate Professor Liu Yufan, who has studied in the United States for many years, using both British and American accents, aiming to provide learners with flexibility in choice. As long as learners fully utilize the multiple functions of the exercises, study diligently, practice extensively, and strive to imitate, they can achieve the expected goals. This textbook series is not only suitable for teachers to use as the (E)MBA English course material, saving classroom practice time and more effectively helping students complete their studies, but it can also be used by students preparing for MBA and EMBA for self-study. Business professional graduate students can also use it to improve their English proficiency and benefit from it.
