Features: A market economy is a rule of law economy. To adapt to the new requirements of the market economy in the 21st century and to meet the new challenges of "accession to the WTO," we aim to cultivate high-quality legal professionals. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education on the curriculum for law programs in ordinary universities, we have organized teachers from more than ten law faculties to write this series of textbooks for use by undergraduate and junior college law students. This textbook has the following characteristics:
1. Reflects new achievements in the development of legal theory and new situations in legislation and law enforcement. This series of textbooks strives to incorporate new findings in legal theory research and cutting-edge theoretical perspectives, using newly promulgated laws and regulations, especially those issued or revised in China after its accession to the WTO.
2. Emphasizes the scientificity of the layout. As an integrated series, we paid attention to the scientificity and logic of the layout within each book while also ensuring the cross-disciplinary connections and coherence between disciplines, avoiding repetition and omissions.
3. Focuses on foundational textbooks and reasonably controls the difficulty level of the content. This series of textbooks is designed to meet the depth and breadth requirements of undergraduate legal education and the National Unified Judicial Examination, balancing academic foresight with the fundamental framework, basic knowledge, and core theories of law. It aims to make the content easily graspable for undergraduate students while meeting the expected standards.
4. Concise, practical, and easy to understand. Tailored to the characteristics of undergraduate students and the course schedules, this textbook is designed to be concise and to the point, emphasizing practicality. The writing adheres to standards, and the language is clear and accessible, facilitating self-study for students.
