Features: In the future Milky Way era, the cosmic being Preel and the beautiful robot Jessica accidentally travel to a planet near the edge of the galaxy through a jump point during their escape. To their surprise, they discover that the planet not only has intelligent life but also that this life is identical to humans. They decide to impersonate the inhabitants of the planet and live there. Jessica quickly becomes a superstar due to her beauty and singing and dancing skills, while Preel indulges in romance, art, and entertainment. However, soon after, Preel is suspected and investigated by the country of Mee due to his lack of legal identification and the mysterious arrival of a massive diamond. The Mee intelligence agency eventually concludes that Preel and Jessica are aliens. Upon learning that the intelligence agency has captured aliens, the President of Mee, after careful consideration, believes that obtaining the alien's spaceship and its technology would be of immense value to Mee and the planet of Seer's. He orders the intelligence agency to torture Preel, hoping to force him to reveal the spaceship and its technology. However, just as the torture is about to begin, Preel is rescued by his spaceship and returns to it.
At the beginning of the main text, a massive missile hangs in the sky above the presidential palace in the capital of Mee. Enraged, Preel returns to his spaceship and resolves to take revenge on Mee. He places a missile equipped with six hydrogen bombs, each with a yield of 60 million tons, over the capital of Mee, demanding that all residents evacuate the city so he can destroy it. The world is shocked. Mee, on one hand, invites Preel's girlfriend and Jessica to try and persuade him, while on the other hand, it mobilizes military forces such as fighters, space shuttles, aircraft carriers, and nuclear submarines to prepare for confrontation. The President of Mee apologizes to Preel, and an emergency committee is formed to handle the situation in full authority. However, due to the inability to contact Preel and the impending explosion of the nuclear bombs in two days, the city is forced to evacuate its residents.
The highest-level think tank of the Mee military intelligence manages to find Preel's traces on the Seer internet and communicates with him. Charlie, a reporter from The Mee Times, had already publicly declared Preel to be an alien three days earlier and had received a diamond from him as a gift. Now, he manages to find Preel's temporary residence on the planet and interviews him along with two other reporters. People assume that an alien would not leave a missile in a city with residents, so many did not evacuate by the scheduled time, but the missile still fell.
The missile that fell is caught by Jessica, but she cannot ultimately stop Preel and can only take her boyfriend to fly toward him. Preel returns the missile to the sky, extends the time, and demands that all remaining people evacuate. In the end, only the President of Mee, determined to pacify the alien with his life, and three reporters who had interviewed the alien during this period remain in the city. They discuss the relationship between planets and people in the universe and hope that Preel will treat the civilization of Seer's planet in accordance with the Interstellar Human Rights Convention that the Milky Way civilization then followed. The crisis is finally resolved.
Afterward, the United Nations of Seer's planet decides to join the Interstellar Human Rights Convention and integrate into the mainstream of intelligent civilization in the galaxy. Preel expresses his support and uses his spaceship to quell all wars on the planet. The planet begins a broad and in-depth process of global integration.
However, just as people are looking forward to a bright future, the highly enlightened sage, the living Buddha Damengcangkong, predicts that a crisis is about to arrive. Preel will soon face a powerful enemy, and soon after, this indeed comes true. At the same time, the reason why the people of the planet look exactly like humans is revealed. The cosmic being from an extragalactic star system, Pris, claims to be the creator of the planet and seeks to dominate its civilization and history. He does not allow the people of the planet to develop freely and even prohibits Preel from teaching them technology, which would eventually lead them to break free from his control. A fierce war erupts between the two.
