Features: Through the creative efforts of several generations of Chinese composers, a substantial number of Chinese piano works have been accumulated. These works, with their national style, artistic depth, and technical execution, have demonstrated enduring artistic vitality in long-term or relatively long-term performance and teaching practices. This book includes 30 of these works, which represent only a part of them. Compiling these 30 piano pieces into a collection also considers the following points: 1. Emphasis on works composed using traditional Chinese and folk music materials. 2. Those traditional and folk music with eternal charm contain multiple possibilities for polyphonic thinking. 3. The realm of polyphonic thinking in modern Chinese national music should be vast. The main differences from previous editions are approximately as follows: 1. Revised and confirmed all performance-related markings (excluding pedals); 2. Corrected errors; 3. Adjusted individual notations; 4. Slightly shortened some pieces; 5. Added fingerings for reference; 6. Provided annotations for potentially confusing sections; 7. Included brief introductions to the composers and their works. In summary, the editor strives to make this book an accurate, reasonable, practical, and easy-to-understand version for both comprehension and performance.
