31 weeks BPD: 76mm is it normal?

Patient's question:

31 weeks, BPD: 76mm, HC: 280mm, AC: 247mm, FL: 54mm, HL: 47mm. The doctor said the baby is small and suggested I take supplements. Can I take Ailixi pregnancy supplements? I was originally drinking pregnancy formula milk, but after drinking it, I had some stomach issues, so I don't drink it often anymore! (I don't eat much and have little appetite for meat)

Doctor's answer:

The fetal growth and development are basically normal. MRI measurement of fetal biparietal diameter (BPD) and fetal femur length (FL) has a decisive and indispensable utility in evaluating the fetus, especially in confirming gestational age and estimating fetal weight. BPD and FL respectively reflect the growth of the fetal head and limbs. In normal fetuses, the ratio of FL (femur length) to BPD (biparietal diameter) remains almost constant throughout the pregnancy, fluctuating between 0.6876 and 0.8233, and thus 0.7664 (±0.0395) can be considered the normal range. Oral intake of Ailixi pregnancy is not necessary.
