How to handle fallopian tube blockage

Patient's question:

I've always wanted a child, but I just can't get pregnant. When I went to the hospital for a check-up, they said my fallopian tubes are blocked. What should I do?

Doctor's answer:

If the fallopian tubes are blocked, it will naturally hinder pregnancy. Generally, surgery is used to unblock the fallopian tubes, but the effect is not very good. Even if they are unblocked, it is only a temporary solution. Doctors usually advise patients to have children as soon as possible, otherwise, it might get blocked again after two months. This is what a doctor with a strong sense of medical ethics told me. Many people are unaware of this. As someone who has gone through this, I recommend finding a good traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioner to first reduce inflammation for a period of time, and then undergo a hydrotubation, which should improve the situation. If you see significant improvement after taking Chinese medicine, it might be possible to unblock the tubes with just one hydrotubation. (Hydrotubation should not be done frequently, as it may introduce bacteria).
Have you had other tests done, such as antibody or mycoplasma tests?~~~ Since anything related to pregnancy is involved, I think you should undergo a thorough examination. If any problems are found, it will be easier to treat them accordingly. What do you think?
