Features: The system is the foundation of operation, the mechanism is the prerequisite, and the regime is the guarantee. Six powers are independent and mutually constrained; ownership and control are separated, with merit-based personnel management; democratic management with consistent responsibility, authority, and remuneration; professional functional division with excellent service quality; numerous branches forming a network; continuous expansion pursuing scale maximization. The content of this book is divided into two parts: Law Firm Construction and Lawyer Behavior. The Law Firm Construction part is divided into General Theory, Special Topics, and Operational Q&A. In the General Theory, the construction philosophy and ideas are summarized through the forms of papers, key points of establishing a law firm and interpretations, and articles of association and interpretations. To explain potential ambiguities that readers may have, the more important questions that readers might raise after reading the General Theory are elaborated on in the form of special topic papers in the Special Topics section; simpler questions are answered in the form of Q&A in the Operational Q&A section. In the Lawyer Behavior part, some reflections and experiences in engaging in legal practice are briefly introduced. With the aim of building a large-scale law firm, colleagues who are committed to this endeavor should establish a regime to gather talent, use talent to create a brand, rely on the brand to achieve benefits, and use benefits to pursue development.
