Patient's question:
I am 30 years old, and the size of my uterus is 4.54.12.6. Can a uterus of this size get pregnant? If not, are there any treatments that can make the uterus grow larger? What should I eat?First follow-up question: The infertility doctor mentioned that taking hormones or placenta could make the uterus grow larger. Will taking these two things actually make the uterus grow? Will there be any side effects?
Doctor's answer:

Pubertal stage 7 4 4
Menopausal stage 3.5-6.5 1.2-1.8 2-1.8
a. The reference values for a normal adult uterus are: longitudinal diameter 5.5-7.5 cm, anteroposterior diameter 3.0-4.0 cm, transverse diameter 4.5-5.5 cm, and cervical length 2.5-3.0 cm;
b. During puberty, the uterine body is approximately the same length as the cervix. In the fertile stage, the uterine body is about twice the length of the cervix, and in the elderly stage, it becomes 1:1 again.
