The book is divided into three parts. Part I: General Theory primarily discusses the characteristics and evolutionary patterns of industrial structure, industrial organization, key industries, and industrial institutions; it highlights the problems in Shaanxi's industrial development. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, it selects Shaanxi's key industries, which are ranked as high-tech, energy, national defense technology, tourism, fruit industry, and real estate as the top six industries. Finally, it proposes policy recommendations for promoting industrial development in Shaanxi. Part II: Industry Section focuses on specialized research on 10 industries in Shaanxi, including high-tech, energy, national defense technology, tourism, fruit industry, real estate, traditional industry, science and technology, higher education, and culture. Part III: Institutional Section mainly consists of two parts: research on the development of state-owned economy and research on the development of non-state-owned economy.
