Methodologically: By drawing on the experience of agricultural enterprise operation and management in Taiwan and combining it with the operational mechanisms of agricultural enterprise operation on the mainland, the book seeks to explore innovations in the organization and system of agricultural operation. In terms of objectives: Through research on agricultural enterprise operation and management across the Taiwan Strait, it explores innovative issues in the organization and system of agricultural operation, thereby addressing problems such as low comparative benefits in agriculture and farmers' lack of knowledge in marketing, among others.
