Problem management exists in every aspect and level of human life, whether for individuals or groups. Every activity performed daily can be seen as a form of problem management. The core of problem management is to solve the problems of the enterprise itself, not to change the world to adapt to the company's changes, but to change the company's problems to align with the rules of market competition. "Soldiers follow the general's lead; there are no unusable people." If the soldiers are not good, the general's responsibility comes first. Better leaders should first identify various problems and solve them effectively; otherwise, they are (unqualified). Deep down, they have never even studied the problems. Leaders like this cannot maintain a clear mind in rapid development, have not transcended themselves, and have not truly established a survival philosophy of "walking on eggshells, as if on thin ice."
