1. The Method from Abstract to Concrete
Civil law, as a highly theoretical legal discipline, is an abstract summary of the life of civil society and is highly abstract. Accordingly, in the study of civil law, one should start from its abstractness. On the basis of firmly grasping some abstract basic structures, concepts, principles, systems, and theoretical frameworks of civil law, one should then study and master specific civil law cases.
