Features: The preparation of the "Yellow River Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Engineering Construction Quality Evaluation Regulations" was primarily based on the "Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects" (State Council Order No. 279), the "Regulations on the Quality Management of Water Conservancy Projects" (Ministry of Water Resources Order No. 7), and the "Technical Specifications for Soil and Water Conservation Comprehensive Treatment" (GB/T 16453.1-16453.6-1996) issued by the State Council. It also referred to the requirements of the "Interim Regulations on the Quality Evaluation of Construction Projects for Water Conservancy and Hydropower" (SL176-1996) and was formulated in accordance with the characteristics of soil and water conservation ecological engineering. The approval unit for this regulation is the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission; the leading unit for this project is the Yellow River Middle and Upper Reaches Management Bureau of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission and the Planning and Planning Bureau of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission. The participating preparation unit is Xi'an Yellow River Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd.
