Publisher:
Publishing Date: 2005-11-01
Features: Since May 2001, the "Laws and Their Regulations" series pioneered by the China Legal Publishing House has been deeply loved by a broad readership. Industry professionals have called the publication of this series a "blue storm" in legal books. The series has expanded to approximately 150 titles since its release. While meeting the diverse needs of readers, it has also posed some challenges in quick searches. Adhering to the principle of "people-oriented and enthusiastic service to readers," we have introduced the "Portable Edition of Common Laws and Their Regulations" series while maintaining the original series. Based on the principle of "reader-oriented," we have completely redesigned the original Regulations series to launch this new "Laws and Their Regulations" series, aiming to make it a helpful guide for readers in learning and applying the law. The features of the new series are as follows:
1. Detailed categorization of regulations, allowing readers to find relevant legal provisions by category;
2. Annotations highlighting key and difficult points in legal provisions, helping readers grasp the essence of the law;
3. Marking related legal provisions, facilitating readers in finding Regulations centered around the principal law;
4. Including a directory of other relevant legal documents and an index of repealed regulations to provide readers with more legislative information;
5. Summarizing relevant legal charts and formulas to enhance practicality;
6. Highlighting key provisions on the back cover for quick and clear reference.
