Patient's question:
Recently for the past three or four days, I've been experiencing breast and nipple tenderness, frequent urination, and a constant feeling of wanting to eat something. My period usually comes on the 19th of each month, and I had sex around the 5th or 6th. Could I be pregnant? Are these early pregnancy symptoms?Doctor's answer:
Analysis of the condition: The first symptom of early pregnancy is amenorrhea, followed by dizziness, fatigue, sleepiness, chills, poor appetite, varying degrees of nausea, food preferences, cravings for sour foods, aversion to greasy and strong odors, and changes in appetite and preferences. In some cases, severe symptoms may include vomiting.Advice: It may also be accompanied by breast tenderness, darkening and tingling of the nipples and areolas, and frequent urination. Most of these early pregnancy symptoms usually disappear on their own around the 12th week of pregnancy.
