What methods can be used to treat dead sperm?

Patient's question:

Hello doctor, I would like to ask what methods are used to treat sperm agglutination? Because I have been trying to conceive for half a year without success, I went to the hospital for a semen analysis and found that there were many dead sperm in my semen. The doctor said I have sperm agglutination and asked if it affects fertility. How should sperm agglutination be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Anti-inflammatory drug treatment: Primarily used for chronic non-bacterial accessory gland inflammation. Commonly used drugs include aspirin, indomethacin, phenylbutazone, ibuprofen, etc. For example, indomethacin 25–50 mg, three times daily; phenylbutazone 100 mg, 3–4 times daily. Continuous medication for 1 month can reduce congestion and edema in accessory glands and achieve a certain therapeutic effect on necrospermia. Additionally, as chlamydia and mycoplasma infections cannot be ruled out, tetracycline 0.5 g, four times daily; doxycycline 100 mg, once daily, may be considered for a duration of 1–2 weeks.
