Will it affect having children in the future?

Patient's question:

Doctor,
I am currently 25 years old. Two years ago, I had a medication-induced abortion, but it was not successful. A week later, I underwent a D&C procedure and was given five days of intravenous antibiotics to prevent infection. However, since then, my menstrual flow has decreased from about three to four days to two to three days. I also have excessive white discharge, which is mostly white with a small amount of clear fluid.
Could this affect my ability to have children in the future? Are there any specific conditions I should be aware of? Please let me know.
Thank you!!

Doctor's answer:

Hello, if there is no organic disease, it is generally possible to conceive, so there is no need to worry. Rest well and eat more warm foods. Wishing you a happy life. In fact, under normal circumstances, any method of induced abortion will cause certain harm to women. Therefore, patients should pay attention to their diet. Patients undergoing induced abortion should take care of themselves, such as eating a balanced diet and avoiding cold, spicy, and irritating foods.
