Is the DSA report normal?

Patient's question:

DSA Examination Report
Examination Site: DSA Hysterosalpingography
Findings:
A balloon catheter was inserted through the cervix into the uterine cavity, and after contrast medium injection, the uterine cavity was visualized, located in the right-posterior position. The uterine morphology was regular, with no filling defects observed. Both fallopian tubes were filled with contrast, showing the isthmus and interstitial portions, with normal course. Both ampullae and fimbriae were dilated, with cystic changes and high pressure on the right side. After pressure application, contrast medium entered the pelvic cavity. On the left side, more contrast was observed compared to the right, with some clumping in a few areas. Relaxation fluid and chitosan were injected via the catheter, and the medication diffused into the pelvic cavity.
Diagnostic Opinion:
1. No abnormalities were observed in the uterine cavity morphology
2. Bilateral distal tubal adhesions, with patency but poor drainage. Mild to moderate hydrosalpinx on the right side, for which anti-inflammatory irrigation treatment has been performed

Doctor's answer:

Hello, tubal blockage combined with your symptoms indicates a disease caused by tubal blockage. You can first undergo tubal irrigation and guide-wire treatment, followed by intravenous administration of high-dose antibiotics. If this is ineffective, consider laparoscopic treatment. If you choose traditional Chinese medicine treatment, oral administration of Da Cheng Qi Tang can also be effective. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
