The series consists of five volumes, including Zhang Zengtian's Yellow and Old Governance Philosophy and Its Practice, Tang Xiongshan's Research on Jia Yi's Rites Governance Thought, Dai Shu's Research on the Governance Philosophy of Huainanzi, Yan Shiping's Research on Liu Shao's Talent Thought, and Cheng Yuhong's Research on Xun Yue's Governance Philosophy. Editor-in-Chief Li Honglei, in his over 10,000-word Preface to the Series, states: “Chinese traditional governance philosophy is the original form of ancient Chinese thought, possessing rich ideological connotations. Unearthing this profound and extensive ideological resource is of great significance and for establishing the subjectivity of Chinese thought research, as well as for establishing a reasonable social and spiritual order in the contemporary world, thereby promoting the continuous development of human civilization.” It is believed that the publication of this series will further promote and deepen the research on Chinese original thought and culture.
