Features: Ding Li's novel vividly portrays the bizarre and colorful urban society of contemporary times. What is particularly valuable is his equal and deep human concern for the diverse characters in his stories. Writer Mo Yan is entertaining, engaging, and dramatic! Ding Li's depiction of the myriad characters in his works is the reality we encounter every day. Poet and playwright Zou Jingzhi: Only someone who has been in business can portray entrepreneurs so accurately, including their inner world, business behavior, and profit models. Yu Yang, Chairman of Beijing Jinxiu Land Agricultural Co., Ltd., opens Ding Li's novel, and the atmosphere of the market and life fills the air. The protagonists of the story are also ordinary people around us—both clever and foolish, great and ordinary, with both noble virtues and severe flaws. In my reading experience, he is a writer who truly captures the essence of the business world. Tian Jie, Chairman of Beijing Laojia Roubei Fast Food Co., Ltd., faces the crime of illegal fundraising for financial fraud, accidentally crossing the line. Is it because he has too many enemies, or is it due to the lagging development of the legal system? Hu Xiaorui, a farmer entrepreneur, receives a phone call from his old comrade Sun Da Wu's son, saying that his father has been arrested. Hu takes Wu Jingjing, who studies law, to Xushui, but they cannot meet Sun Da Wu and his son because the working group has already arrived. After returning, Hu follows the suggestion of Fan Xiaoqing, a part-time cadre from the Municipal Organization Department, to collaborate with Anhui Agricultural University to develop the "King of Fruits" project. Fan also suggests that he communicate with Jiangnan Iron and Steel Group and leverage the national "debt conversion to equity" policy to acquire the workers' sanatorium while involving the asset management company under the bank. By the end of the novel, Hu Xiaorui faces a dilemma—Fan Xiaoqing, who has now become the county magistrate, learns about Hu's relationship with Sun Da Wu and asks him to help contact Sun Da Wu to establish a financing guarantee company, leveraging Sun's fame. The county magistrate Fan is ambitious, but Hu Xiaorui has no choice but to endure. Because after Sun Da Wu is released from prison, not a single call comes from him—how could the real-life Sun Da Wu actively contact the fictional character in the novel?
