Congratulations on the publication of Shenzhou Spaceship Systems Engineering Management! Astronaut Yang Liwei's Shenzhou Spaceship Systems Engineering Management is truly a "Chinese" and "practical" project management book. It is a summary of the Chinese people's long-term experience in managing major engineering projects, and it is an innovation based on the Chinese people's learning and of advanced foreign project management concepts and methods. It not only provides direct and operational guidance for systems engineering practices and project management in China's aerospace field but also holds high reference value for project management practices in other industries. Qian Fupeng, Vice President of the International Project Management Association and Executive Deputy Director of the China Project Management Research Committee,
This book summarizes and summarizes the achievements and management experience of systems engineering management in the development of the Shenzhou spaceship. Guided by modern project management theory and methods, it elaborates on the basic concepts and latest theories of 11 management elements with the characteristics of the Shenzhou spaceship project management. It summarizes practical experience in element management and extracts and refines guidelines for element management. On the basis of combining theory and practice, it establishes a maturity model for Shenzhou spaceship project management. This book has strong systematicity, advancedness, and practicality. It can not only serve as a guide for engineering and technical personnel to implement systems engineering management in model development but also as a textbook and reference book for universities, research institutes, and other institutions to carry out teaching and research in systems engineering management.
