During the compilation process, we reviewed widely used documents in government agencies, public institutions, and enterprises, as well as personal signed articles and speeches, to include as many up-to-date sample documents as possible, enabling beginners to imitate and learn from them for practical application. With China's entry into the WTO, foreign trade and economic work will continue to develop, and foreign-related economic and trade activities will become increasingly frequent, with expanding business areas. This book includes a dedicated section on foreign trade and economic activities, featuring numerous practical document types and samples, which will be helpful for those newly entering the field. Additionally, according to our understanding, many self-study examinees face varying degrees of difficulty when drafting theses. Therefore, we have included a special section on academic papers in this book, not only providing guidance on writing methods but also collecting a number of excellent samples for reference.
