Features: This book elaborates on the economic law adjustment mechanism based on the new economic law theory system proposed by the author. Following the different legal forms, the author reconstructs the theoretical system of economic law. The two major departments of economic law—state intervention economic law and state participation economic law—as well as the four components of these two departments (market regulation law, economic regulation law, state participation law as a private right subject, and state participation law as a public right subject) are studied in a "divide first, then synthesize" approach.
