Therefore, during the writing process, this book places great emphasis on the research and exploration of basic theories in project cost management, while also strongly focusing on the integration of theory and practice.

Following the reform concept of "uniform quantities, guided prices, and competitive fees," the book provides an in-depth and comprehensive explanation of the calculation rules and methods for the national "uniform quantities," laying a solid foundation for the nationwide implementation of "engineering bill of quantities pricing."
