Features: This textbook is developed in accordance with the "Guiding Outline for Information Technology Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" issued by the Ministry of Education, combining the current development of information technology. The first volume consists of 30 lessons, covering computer hardware and software systems, the Windows XP system, keyboarding practice, basic operations and usage of Word 2003, basic operations and usage of PowerPoint 2003, and internet browsing. The content is rich and well-structured, with the author's extensive teaching experience and proficiency in computer applications making the textbook easy to teach and learn, quick to get started, progressive, and effective for deeper understanding. This book can serve as both a textbook for junior high school information technology courses and a training or self-study resource for young people in society.
