Chapter 8 examines the organizational forms, management models, and investment mechanisms of community service organizations in small towns. Chapter 9 studies property management in small towns, exploring the formation, operational models, qualification evaluation, and business expansion of property management enterprises in small-town communities. Chapter 10 investigates community health services and disaster emergency systems in small towns, focusing on the comprehensive evaluation of community health services and the emergency systems for sudden disaster events. Chapter 11 studies the social assistance and welfare service mechanisms in small-town communities, discussing social assistance standards, implementation systems, socialization of welfare supply, service system construction, and operational mechanisms. Finally, in Chapter 12, the development strategy for modern service industries in China's small towns is proposed.
