Hello:
Uterine Prolapse in Women
Uterine prolapse in women refers to the descent of the uterus to the external vaginal orifice. The main causes are qi deficiency with sinking and stomach deficiency with poor, leading to damage to the uterine ligaments and the inability to support the uterus.
Recipe 1
250 grams of lotus seeds, one pig stomach, and an appropriate amount of yellow wine. Wash the lotus seeds, soak them in cold water for half an hour, and set them aside. Rinse the pig stomach thoroughly with cold water, both inside and out, then repeatedly scrub the inner wall with fine salt. Rinse it clean with cold water again. Make a hole in the stomach and stuff the lotus seeds into the cavity. Seal the pig stomach with thread and tie both ends tightly with thread. Place the pig stomach in a sand pot, submerge it in cold water, and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of yellow wine, then reduce the heat and simmer slowly for 3–4 hours. If the water runs low, add more until the stomach is tender. Remove from heat. When serving, cut open the stomach, untie the thread, remove the lotus seeds, dry them, and grind them into powder. Take 1 teaspoon three times a day, swallowed with warm water. Lotus seeds can also be eaten with sugar as a snack; the stomach can be dipped in soy sauce for meals or sliced and added to soup with half a teaspoon of fine salt, then cooked for a moment and eaten with the soup.
