Features: On February 23-24, 2005, the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Office of Cultural System Reform and Development, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Issuance Regulatory Department held the "Knowledge Lecture on Investment and Financing in the Cultural Sector." To help various publicity and cultural units further understand and master the knowledge of the capital market and capital operations, leverage the capital market to strengthen and expand state-owned cultural enterprises, and promote the development of the cultural industry, we compiled this lecture and relevant documents on corporate listings into a book. This book is divided into two parts. The first part consists of six lectures from the "Knowledge Lecture on Investment and Financing in the Cultural Sector," which are: The Conditions and Procedures for Company Issuance and Listing, Analysis of Key and Difficult Issues Involved in Cultural Enterprise Listing, Main Legal Issues of Cultural Enterprise Reform and Listing, Main Financial Accounting Issues of Cultural Enterprise Reform and Listing, Asset Valuation and Value Certification of Cultural Enterprise Reform, as well as Mergers, Acquisitions, and Industrial Integration in the Media Industry. The second part collects 31 legal, regulatory, rules, and normative documents related to securities financing.
