In recent years, this has even given rise to a surge in research and study on these topics. As a scholar, we have the privilege of being part of this movement, having worked in teaching and research in public administration for over a decade, where we have both "given" and "gained" a great deal. This book is based on my many years of learning and teaching public administration, incorporating and integrating the research findings of experts from various domestic institutions.
