Since its, the series has been widely welcomed and praised by the criminal law academic community and the judicial service sector for its prominent focus on practical issues and the organic integration of theory and practice. It has played a positive role in analyzing the 1997 Criminal Code of China and advancing the development of criminal law and justice in the country. Currently, the previous edition of the book has been sold out, and readers have been contacting the publisher or the authors of the series, expressing their desire for additional printings or timely revisions. In light of this, the revised edition of the series has been included in the "Criminal Law Science Literature Collection" of the Research Center for Criminal Law Science of Renmin University of China as a collaborative achievement between the center and some experts and scholars from the central judicial organs. We believe that incorporating the revised edition of the series into the "Literature Collection" will be beneficial in expanding its influence and facilitating access and reference by various sectors of society.
