Features: This vocabulary collects over 5,000 English-Chinese and Chinese-English entries. The collection was updated as of December 31, 1995, making it a medium-sized reference tool. The purpose of compiling this English-Chinese and Chinese-English Intellectual Property Vocabulary is to meet the urgent need of a broad range of readers, including those engaged in intellectual property legal research, management, enforcement, and adjudication, as well as lawyers, patent, trademark, and copyright agents, foreign trade and foreign affairs workers, and faculty and students from relevant research institutions, enterprises, and universities, to read and translate English intellectual property publications and stay informed about the development trends of international intellectual property protection systems. To facilitate Chinese readers in writing English intellectual property articles and participating in international intellectual property exchanges, this vocabulary also includes a Chinese-English section. Additionally, it features two appendices: International Treaties on Intellectual Property and Major International Organizations Related to Intellectual Property, as these are frequently encountered in readers' work and studies. In terms of entry collection, we strive for comprehensiveness and avoid repetition as much as possible. In terms of translation, we endeavor to ensure accuracy based on our current level of expertise.
