Features: An Ningxue returns to Room 1603. Dong sits on the windowsill, quietly humming a song, the smoke from his cigarette rising faintly. An Ningxue vaguely recognized the lyrics as "Life is painful only because one is too clear-headed." The melodious tune, mixed with a touch of melancholy, was very familiar to her—the famous saxophone piece "Going Home." Outside the window, the setting sun was like blood. The brilliant sunset cast a shadow of Dong, as if his entire figure was shrouded in a strange melancholy, making him seem so lonely, so desolate. "Shuang'er loves you," An Ningxue said calmly. She was merely stating a fact. A long sigh escaped her. "It's too heavy." Dong murmured.
The secretary of Ji Chao, Fan Yini, had just gotten married. She and her husband went on a trip to Egypt and, while walking on Halia Street, suddenly fell into a cave and disappeared. Fan Yini's husband gathered people to dig up the street, but they couldn't find her no matter how hard they tried. In desperation, she thought of the two owners of the Beyond Detective Agency—Ji Chao and Ding Yue. Using the Mind Field Resonance Device, Ji Chao and Ding Yue located Fan Yini's traces. However, Fan Yini had lost her memories before her marriage and only remembered herself as an employee of Beyond Detective Agency. Fan Yini returned to Beyond Detective Agency [to find her lost memories], which also caused Ji Chao great headaches.
