How to handle breast itching

Patient's question:

During pregnancy, my breasts increased significantly in size, so I bought a nursing bra to wear. However, as soon as I put it on, my breasts started itching. There were no redness or swelling, but there were many small black spots on the surface. I tried applying a cream, but it didn't help at all. With no other choice, I had to take off the bra, and the itching stopped. Now that my baby has just been born for about ten days, my milk supply is overwhelming. To use nursing pads, I had to put the bra back on again, but the itching problem returned. It's unbearable, and I don't want to take it off again because I'm afraid of sagging and leakage. I urgently need a solution!

Doctor's answer:

Medical Analysis: During pregnancy, the breasts have increased significantly in size. I bought a nursing bra to wear, but as soon as I put it on, my breasts started itching. The surface wasn't red or swollen, but there were many small black spots. Applying Vaseline didn't help, so I had no choice but to stop wearing the bra, and the itching stopped as well.
Advice: This may be a case of contact dermatitis. I suggest trying a different bra or switching to one made of a different material.
