The wisdom of the Chinese nation originates from the I Ching, which is the living source of Chinese culture. This book demonstrates that the three-dimensional stereoscopic I Ching model, studied by modern scholars, has long existed in Chinese history. The evidence includes the following points:
1. The "Dragon Chart" described in Chen Tuan's Dragon Chart Preface from the Northern Song Dynasty is the plan view of the three-dimensional stereoscopic I Ching model.
2. The three major hexagrams in geomancy before the Northern Song Dynasty utilized the surface hexagram sequence of the three-dimensional stereoscopic I Ching model.
3. The arrangement of hexagrams within the eight palaces of Jing Fang's eight-palace hexagrams in the Western Han Dynasty employed the surface hexagram sequence of the stereoscopic I Ching model.
4. The "Six Wings" mentioned in the Guanzi's record of "Fuxi created the Six Wings" are a physical representation of the stereoscopic I Ching model—a man-made platform.
5. A 5,000-year-old six-hole octagonal pottery ball with geometric lines is another model of the stereoscopic I Ching. It should be called the "Celestial Sphere" or "Yuan Bao." The unfolded plan of Yuan Bao is the "Lianshan."
6. A 5,000-year-old Huanshan jade piece is another plan view of the stereoscopic I Ching model. It should be called the "Tortoise Treasury."
