Are you an angel or a devil, making me obsessed and unable to sleep; You're an angel riding a devil, I use all my strength to chase forward! Li Yuchun has actually become a genre of fiction, which is quite amusing. I understand the author Gu Gui's intention—essentially, it's a personality-driven novel. The heroine Su Lei in Angel Riding a Devil has a personality very similar to Yuchun, and the "Yuchun-style" novel is actually shaping or providing a new kind of female persona: sincere, cool, and edgy, with a fresh spirit. — Ke Limin (Famous Musician) Angel Riding a Devil is a fun and engaging novel, with the heroine Su Lei being incredibly charming. She's truly a Taekwondo version of Li Yuchun, and this book is sure to be loved by the youth. Li Yuchun and Su Lei, these cool and stylish girls, will gain popularity through music and novels, becoming a new standard for girls. If this novel were adapted into a youth idol drama, I'd be willing to create the music for it. — Tan Yizhe (Famous Musician, "Super Girl" Producer) A cool novel, I really like it. Actually, besides Su Lei, the male lead in the book is great too. After reading it, I felt inspired to write a song. The novel has introduced the concept of "Yuchun-style," which is very creative. In fact, "Yuchun-style" isn't just a type of novel—it's also a new trend for girls. — Wen Ya (Famous Lyricist, author of Sing If You Want to and Hello, Jay Chou) The unique selling point of Angel Riding a Devil is that it pioneered the "Yuchun-style" youth novel. What does "Yuchun-style" mean? It's when many (Yuchun fans) write to Gu Gui, saying, "Gu Gui JJ, we love Yuchun so much, can you write about her?" Gu Gui also loves Yuchun, so she started writing about a super cool, handsome, tall, slim, and short-haired girl—Li Yuchun? No, the heroine is Su Lei in the book. Gu Gui just wanted to write about a girl with a personality she greatly admires. Please don't mistake Su Lei for Yuchun—she's just one of the "Yuchun-style" girls. We all listen to Yuchun's songs, so Gu Gui thought, "Su Lei shouldn't just repeat that." Imagine a Taekwondo-practicing Yuchun, oh no, Su Lei, who also plays the piano and beats up bad boys until they cry. She's an angel for girls and a devil for boys—she's an angel riding a devil, la la la.
