To reflect the latest research findings in the field of Commodities Studies in recent years, enrich the content of Commodities Studies, and especially to embody and reflect the characteristics and features of the teaching and experimental teaching of Commodities Studies at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics over the past 50 years, we have completely revised the book based on the original one. This book was drafted by Lin Zhe, a council member of the China Commodities Society, and was collectively discussed and formed by the department and the laboratory.
