It may be a case of menopause. Estrogen-progestogen cycle therapy: A standardized alternative treatment. Connect estrogen 0.625mg/d for 25 days (or equivalent estrogen dose) from the 17th to the 25th day, supplemented with an excretion dose of progestogen for 10 days. 3-6 cycles constitute one course. For those with cyclical withdrawal bleeding, progestogen should be taken diligently. If there is no withdrawal bleeding for three consecutive cycles, progestogen can be discontinued.
