Features: "College English Listening Simulation & Speaking Practice" is developed and recorded based on the requirements of the "College English Teaching Syllabus," which stipulates the ability to understand "short conversations, talks, reports, and lectures with a speed of 130–150 words per minute, grasp the main ideas, key points, and relevant details, and comprehend the speaker's perspective and attitude," as well as "the ability to engage in general daily conversations in English and deliver short speeches on familiar topics after preparation, expressing ideas clearly with basic correct pronunciation and intonation." It is suitable for undergraduate and associate college students and individuals with equivalent English proficiency. "College English Listening Simulation & Speaking Practice" consists of two parts: Listening and Speaking, and it primarily features the following:
1. Before each part of the simulation training, based on the requirements of the syllabus and the actual situation of the CET-4 exam, the test questions are summarized, and common tendencies, regularities, and key points to pay attention to in the tests are proposed, along with detailed explanations and descriptions.
2. In the Listening section, in addition to the true questions consisting of two parts, other simulation questions are divided into Section A (Short Conversations), Section B (Passages), and Section C (Compound Dictation) to ensure students can achieve qualitative change through quantitative accumulation.
3. In the Speaking section, practical drill questions similar to the real CET-4 speaking exam are designed, providing students with a reference framework for daily speaking practice. By offering more language materials and sentence structures, students are made aware of the importance of accumulating knowledge and mastering sentence structures for effective oral expression.
