Is it ectopic pregnancy, how is the best treatment?

Patient's question:

I had my period on November 16th. On December 10th in the morning, when I went to the toilet, there was a little coffee-colored blood on the toilet paper. The night before, I had sexual intercourse, and there was no bleeding for a whole day. By the third morning, there was only a little red blood again. In these two days, my stomach occasionally had pain, just like it was about to start my period.

Doctor's answer:

Your situation is that after careful examination, it is confirmed that you are pregnant, but you are experiencing discomfort. Based on your condition, a B test cannot currently confirm whether it is an ectopic pregnancy. This is because, whether it is an ectopic pregnancy or a normal pregnancy, the gestational sac is not visible at this stage. You can test your blood HCG levels. If they increase significantly, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy is generally very low. If there is no significant increase and the blood HCG levels are significantly lower than the normal range, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy is high.
