Features: This book is one of the series "High-Efficiency Power Conversion Applications." Commercial power electricity is a "rough power" with certain quality issues. The content of this book describes a power quality compensation technology that transforms this "rough power" into a "refined power" meeting user needs through high-frequency power converters and their series and parallel connection circuits. This technology, which has only developed in the past decade or so, is a new technology based on PWM high-frequency power converters and their series, parallel, and series-parallel compensation circuits. The book consists of five chapters:
Chapter 1 introduces the current issues in commercial power quality and the PWM high-frequency power converters and their series-parallel compensation circuits used to solve these problems, along with related basic concepts, operating states, and control methods.
Chapter 2 discusses the compensation of commercial power voltage quality.
Chapter 3 covers the compensation of reactive power and harmonic components in commercial power input current.
Chapter 4 presents the series-parallel comprehensive compensation of commercial power voltage and input current.
Chapter 5 introduces high-frequency power converters (HFPC) with series-parallel compensation for comprehensive commercial power quality compensation. Among them, the series-parallel comprehensive compensator for commercial power quality and the HF-PC series-parallel compensated UPS are still blank in China.
This book is suitable for intermediate and senior technical personnel engaged in power electronics power supply technology, AC stabilized power supplies, active power filters, and UPS power supply R&D. It can also serve as a reference textbook for university students, postgraduates, and teachers in related fields.
