Our company pioneered the "Legal and Supporting Regulations" series in May 2001, which was widely recognized and loved by readers. Industry professionals hailed the publication of this series as creating a "blue storm" in legal books. The series now includes approximately 150 titles. In August 2004, we selected commonly used regulations with circulation exceeding 10,000 copies and launched the "Portable Series of Common Legal Supporting Regulations."
Guided by the principle of "reader-first," we completely revamped the original supporting regulations series and introduced this new "Legal and Supporting Regulations" series, aiming to make it a helpful guide for readers in learning and applying the law. The features of the new series are as follows:
1. Detailed categorization of regulations, allowing readers to find relevant legal provisions by category;
2. Annotations highlighting key and difficult points in legal provisions, helping readers grasp the essence of the law;
3. Marking related provisions, enabling readers to easily find supporting regulations centered on the main law;
4. Including a directory of other relevant legal documents not included and an index of repealed regulations to provide readers with more legislative information;
5. Summarizing relevant legal charts and formulas to enhance practicality;
6. Highlighting key provisions on the back cover for quick and clear reference;
7. Using illustrations for the main law.
This book is divided into two parts: the main law and supporting regulations. The main content includes General Provisions, Notary Public Offices, Notaries, Notary Procedures, as well as the Rules of Notary Practice, Foreign-Related and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-Related Notary Practices, and Adoption Notary Practices.
