Dietary regulation for the Yin-Yang Twenty-Five People

Features: In the book "Meridian Regulation for Twenty-Five Types of Yin-Yang," the author conducted extensive research on meridian regulation. At that time, it was believed that dietary regulation was a highly mature field that had already been extensively studied, and thus received little additional attention. However, in clinical practice, it was discovered that the dietary regulation for the twenty-five types of Yin-Yang mentioned in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon differs greatly from the dietary regulation commonly discussed today, and is not within the scope of nutritional dietary regulation. It contains a wealth of classical traditional Chinese medical theories, and seems to differ from modern traditional Chinese medical theories as well. Therefore, the author thought that simply researching and discussing how to achieve disease prevention through meridian regulation might not be sufficient, and it was necessary to conduct a systematic study of the dietary regulation in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon to more comprehensively understand and apply the key principles of disease prevention in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon. To clarify the issues and ensure the complete elaboration of the dietary regulation system in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon, this book may contain some overlapping content with "Meridian Regulation for Twenty-Five Types of Yin-Yang." Additionally, some research content published after the previous book has been included in this one. We kindly ask the readers for their understanding.
