How to deal with polycystic ovary syndrome?

Patient's question:

Polycystic ovary syndrome. I did one artificial insemination on the 5th and another on the 6th. On the morning of the 9th, I went to bed feeling tired and sore in my lower back. During the day, I felt better, but occasionally had a bloated stomach. At night, I had more gas. In the past few days, my nipples have been particularly sensitive, tingling and numb. Since yesterday, I've been going to the bathroom constantly feeling like bubbles are rising in my vagina. Some of these symptoms have improved. On the afternoon of the 11th, my lower abdomen was bloated. On the 12th, I had chest pain. On the 13th, it still hurt. On the 14th, it wasn't as painful, but my nipples were still sensitive, and I had white discharge when I went to the bathroom.

Doctor's answer:

The patient exhibits menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, no menopause, hirsutism, obesity, and infertility. The bilateral ovaries are enlarged and show cystic changes, which are referred to as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The patient may have all of the typical symptoms mentioned above, or only some of them.
Advice: The exact cause of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is unknown. Currently, it is believed that the condition results from excessive androgen production by the ovaries. This excessive androgen production is thought to be the result of synergistic effects among multiple endocrine system dysfunctions in the body.
